Elena Swartz
I grew up outside Boston and spent collectively two years serving in AmeriCorps projects around the U.S. where I became interested in community resilience after disaster/conflict. I have studied the intersection of art and disaster in the U.S, South Africa, and Nepal. I have a BA in Growth and Structure of Cities and a Master’s in Public Administration so am glad to talk about anywhere humans live, management techniques, and how art intersects with the first two topics!
